All products sold by 219 Reef Supply LLC are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Live products (including but not limited to phytoplankton, copepods, and brine) are sensitive to environmental conditions and shipping variables beyond our control.

3. Live Goods Disclaimer

By purchasing live aquatic products, you acknowledge that:

• Survival rates may vary based on handling, acclimation, tank conditions, and shipping delays.
• Proper care and acclimation are the customer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for losses due to improper use, neglect, or incompatible tank conditions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, 219 Reef Supply LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

Live goods may have specific shipping days and requirements, which will be stated on the product page.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live aquatic products, all live goods sales are final.

For non-live or dry goods:

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

If an order arrives dead on arrival (DOA), damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
