At 219 Reef Supply LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, healthy livestock and products. Due to the sensitive nature of live coral and aquarium goods, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
We guarantee that all live coral will arrive alive and in good condition.
- In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the coral in the original, unopened bag are required.
- Once verified, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping).
Claims submitted after the 2-hour window will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Customers must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (UPS/FedEx), weather, or incorrect shipping information.
Failure to receive the package on time may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Refunds & Returns (Dry Goods)
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Live Coral Returns
Due to the delicate nature of live coral:
- All live coral sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on livestock once it has been delivered and accepted.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.
- After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
Store Credit
Approved DOA claims and certain situations will be issued as store credit only, which:
- Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
- Does not expire
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for losses due to:
- Improper acclimation
- Tank conditions (water quality, lighting, flow, etc.)
- Incompatible livestock
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their aquarium is properly prepared for new additions.
